Evidence-based practice is a driving force in a successful Magnet culture. However, organizations experience challenges in long-term sustainability of this culture.  This session will describe the ARCC Model, an EBP implementation model for sustaining cultures of evidence-based care. Outcomes from implementation of this model in healthcare systems will be highlighted.

Learners will be able to:

  1. Describe how evidence-based practice is key to a successful Magnet culture.
  2. Discuss the components of the ARCC Model along with outcomes of implementation.
