Match Made in Heaven: Mentorship & Magnet

EBP mentors are a tested mechanism for effectively driving and delivering sustainable outcomes at multiple levels of an organization in creative and innovative ways. As such, EBP mentors are perfectly poised to influence organizational projects and activities to achieve Magnet status. This session will focus on how EBP mentors promote the Forces of Magnetism and facilitate the achievement of Magnet recognition and nursing excellence.  The potential impact of EBP mentors on each Magnet Force will be explicated and discussed.
