Impact of EBP Mentors in Magnet Organizations

EBP Mentors speak to their impact on organizational outcomes. EBP Mentor impact on an organization's achievement of Magnet or success along their Magnet journey will be addressed. Results of a survey conducted with over 80 EBP mentors in 26 Magnet organizations will be discussed.

 Learners will be able to:

1. Describe the impact of EBP Mentors on achieving Magnet designation.

2. Discuss the challenges to achieving Magnet designation identified by EBP Mentors.
