Advancing Magnet: Establishing a Critical Mass of EBP Mentors

What does it take for an organization to inform healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes? This session explores the concept of critical mass and mentorship and what it takes to develop EBP mentors who can foster quality initiatives in the healthcare system.  Specific strategies for preparing EBP mentors, the key to impacting patient and provider outcomes, will be addressed.
