Difference of health knowledge and health behavior by socio-demographic characteristics was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA.

Results : Health knowledge of North Korean defectors was medium level and knowledge related to health promotion was the highest followed by knowledge related to adult health, knowledge related to cancer and knowledge related to venereal diseases.
