Summary: Nurse leaders in academic and practice settings must collaborate to achieve outcomes that document the contributions of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). This symposium will describe the experience between the collaboration of a large academic medical center and large college of nursing in preparing and integrating DNP prepared nurses.
