Summary: Any discussion of quality of life would not be complete without addressing the concept of nursing worklife, a critical element in healthcare delivery. Brooks’ Quality of Nursing Worklife survey has been used in 30 countries and translated into six languages. This symposium will provide a global perspective of nursing worklife.
