R 09 An Innovative Nurse-Led Intervention for Improving Women's Health: The Womens Wellness After Cancer Program (WWACP)

Summary: Despite advances in cancer diagnosis and management, many female cancer survivors report health sequalae following treatment. The Womens Wellness After Cancer Program used e-health interfaces to deliver a nurse-led intervention to address these health effects. This symposium highlights study findings and discusses their significance in relation innovation and research translation.
