Summary: We are seeing new graduate nurses knowing very little about situated thinking and actions in clinical practice. This symposium will describe the educational program focused on situated learning and action, the teaching/ learning methodologies, the integration with the new graduate residency program, and the changes to our preceptorship educational program.
