Faculty stakeholders will provide perspectives on a teamwork quality improvement study conducted at the Northern Illinois University, School of Nursing (SON). Interim Chair, a senior Instructor, an Assistant Professor with the SON for 3 semesters and a recently hired Assistant Professor will describe how enhanced teamwork benefits the school.
