Description/Overview: This presentation will focus on steps to help recognize and prevent incivility among patients, fellow clinicians and other clinically-based professions.
Learner Objective #1: Identify and define incivility in the clinical setting and identify strategies, tools and steps to defuse these situations.
Learner Objective #2: Feel empowered and motivated to be an agent of change in situations of incivility.
