Description/Overview: This session will highlight role that clinical nurses pay in advancing the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals and the activities undertaken by nurses in clinical settings to advance these goals.
Learner Objective #1: Recognize the role of the clinician in addressing the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals in the clinical setting.
Learner Objective #2: Identify and define the Millennium Development Goals and the specific activities to advance these goals.
