Exploration of Organizational Commitment of Nurses Between Taiwan and China

The purpose of this study was to understand the difference of organizational commitment between different country and have some advise and suggestions, especially to the nursing administrative executives. A purpose sampling was designed, it includes the different medical center in Tainan and China. The total samples were 1039. The questionnaire return percentage was 74.21%.  The study used SPSS 10.0 software to analysis. The analysis method include chi-square, T-test, ANOVA, multiple regression. It aims to find out the difference between the nurses of two hospitals located in Taiwan and China respectively, and to investigate the interaction among organizational commitment. The results show positive relationships regarding organizational commitment to job satisfaction. The research shows that the nurses in China obviously take higher agree policy of hospital than the nurses in Taiwan do and the nurses in Taiwan obviously take higher devote degree to hospital than the nurses in China .

The results of this research may serve as reference to medical management or further research on relating topics.
