The purpose of this pilot study was to develop the Head nurses-staff nurses Relationship Scale in order to assess relationship between
head nurses and staff nurses.Whipple (2004) was used as study conceptual framework, eighteen items with 5-point Likert scale were created. A convenient samples of 250 staff nurses who participants responded to this scale. SPSS program was used to analyze each validity, reliability, construct component and test retest. The results completed in May, 2007.
