Experience in Singapore and as a member of the Johns Hopkins International nursing team afforded me the opportunity to create communities of nursing leaders, researchers, and scholars from a diversity of backgrounds. Working with nurses from multiple countries who represented culturally differences enhanced patient care, spirit, and camaraderie.
