This presentation will highlight the evaluation of a Canadian initiative (Canadian Health Services Research Foundation) that encourage Health Care System Managers to use informed and research-based evidence for decision-making. The initiative help fellows to improve service delivery through a project intervention. Residency, mentorship and networking are some exemples presented to support training and develop research awareness of managers to use research-based evidence.
