A Systematic Review on Embracing Cultural Diversity for Developing and Sustaining a Healthy Work Environment in Healthcare

The Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) in partnership with Health Canada, Office of Nursing Policy (HC ONP) are currently conducting a large study aimed at developing, disseminating, implementing, and evaluating a suite of healthy work environments best practice guidelines. In collaboration with The Department of Human Services, South Australia and the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, the Joanna Briggs Institute was commissioned to conduct the evidence review component of this study. This presentation will describe the results a systematic review of qualitative data and opinion papers on Embracing Cultural Diversity for Developing and Sustaining a Healthy Work Environment in Healthcare, using the QARI and NOTARI instruments.
