Networking and Mentoring: Spin-off for Decision-makers

Through exemples of project interventions surrounding the organization of health care and work at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Québec with the surgery ward, the presentation will highlight the importance of networking and mentoring through the innovation of the Center for Expertise in Organization of Health Care, Services and Work. Parterships between decision-makers, managers and researchers, usage of research-based decision-making based on evidence and outcomes measurement will be demonstrated. The importance of networking and mentoring for researchers, managers and decision-makers will be presented for discussion.
