I 12 STTI Youth Engagement: An Interactive Workshop to Develop and Mentor New Members into Leaders

Description/Overview: The overview of the symposium is to show the many pathways of STTI leadership from the perspectives of STTI's Youth Leaders (STTI Youth Leaders for our purposes is defined as "non-students and/or non-terminal degree members between the ages of 21-30"). The symposium also aims to educate chapters and regions how to adequately prepare their new members to be new leaders and inspire them to continue their membership with STTI.
